Description:	22-year-old off-duty security guard Aidan Becker intervened to stop four teenagers from robbing a 14-year-old boy. The suspects allegedly attacked him with machetes; Becker died at the scene. The four teens have been charged with murder and armed robbery. The boy later said: “Thanks for saving my life.” A large vigil was held at the station with thousands attending, and Premier Jacinta Allan paid respects. Family described Becker as showing “extraordinary courage.”
